Our Body Types are Different

It should come as no shock that women and men have different physiology. What may work for men will probably not work so well for women when it comes to both diet and exercise. This article will contain resources specifically geared towards women. Don't worry men. We'll have a page for you too!

What About the Hype?

Many people are under the impression that separating men vs. women with respect to fitness and diet is just hype in order to sell products to two different demographics. There is some truth to this as anyone can sell online these days. But there are real differences in body types between men and women. Could men get a beneficial workout from women's workouts and the other way around? Sure. But will it be as optimal could be? Probably not.
